The MA4ST409CK-287T is an ion-implanted, hyperabrupt junction, silicon tuning varactor in the SOT-23 surface mount package. The thermal oxide passivated diode features high capacitance ratio and quality factor. The MA4ST409CK-287T is well suited for octave bandwidth tuning in the HF to UHF frequency bands. The standard capacitance tolerance is ±10%, with tighter tolerances available. Capacitance matching at one or more bias voltages is also available.
