Product Summary

The 74HC238D is a high-speed Si-gate CMOS device. The 74HC238D pin is compatible with low power Schottky TTL (LSTTL) . specified in compliance with JEDEC standard no. 7A. The 74HC238D accepts three binary weighted address inputs (A0, A1 , A2) and when enabled, provide 8 mutually exclusive active HIGH outputs (Y0 to Y7) .
