The TLE6263G is a monolithic IC, which incorporates a failure tolerant low speed CANtransceiver for differential mode data transmission, a low dropout voltage regulator for internal and external 5V supply as well as a SPI (serial peripheral interface) to control and monitor the TLE6263G. Further there are integrated a high side switch, two wake-up inputs, a window watchdog circuit with fail safe output as well as a reset circuit and early warning function. The TLE6263G is optimized for use in advanced automotive electronic control units for body and convenience applications.
