The AOZ1036PI is a Synchronous Buck Regulator. The AOZ1036 is a high efficiency, easy to use, 5A synchronous buck regulator. The AOZ1036 works from 4.5V to 18V input voltage range, and provides up to 5A of continuous output current with an output voltage adjustable down to 0.8V. The AOZ1036 comes in both a 5x4 DFN-8 and an exposed pad SO-8 package and is rated over a -40℃ to +85℃ ambient temperature range. The applications of the AOZ1036PI include Point of load DC/DC converters, LCD TV, Set top boxes, DVD / Blu-ray players/recorders, Cable modems and PCIe graphics cards.
